Eftpos Online

Enables Australian merchants to process secure, cost-effective, and reliable transactions using the Eftpos network.

Prerequisites

1. Credentials provided by Eftpos:
   • Merchant ID
   • Terminal ID
   • Acquiring Institution ID
   • Forwarding Institution ID
   • Merchant Name
   • Merchant Tier Code
   • Merchant Category Code

Setup the service

1. Select Services on the left navigation panel.
2. Click on the Add New tab.
3. From the Service Group dropdown, choose Gateway Services.
4. Click on Activate next to Eftpos.
5. Complete the required fields:
   • Label: Name of the service in Paydock.
   • Merchant: Merchant ID provided by Eftpos.
   • Terminal ID, Acquiring Institution ID, Forwarding Institution ID, Merchant Name, Merchant Tier Code, Merchant Category Code.
6. Select the environment (Virtual for testing, Production for live).
7. Click Connect.

Get your Gateway ID

1. Select Services on the left navigation panel
2. Click on the Connected Services tab
3. Go to the Service Group dropdown list and select Gateway Services
4. Note the ID as this will be used for API calls
