Cybersource

A fast, single, and secure connection into Visa and Cybersource to help you innovate, grow, and deliver market-leading payments solutions.

Prerequisites

1. Credentials provided by Eftpos:
   • Merchant ID
   • Profile ID
   • Secret Key
   • Key ID

Setup the service

1. Select Services on the left navigation panel.
2. Click on the Add New tab.
3. From the Service Group dropdown, choose Gateway Services.
4. Click on Activate next to Cybersource.
5. Complete the required fields:
   • Label: Name of the service in Paydock.
   • Merchant ID, Profile ID, Secret Key, Key ID.
6. Select the environment (Sandbox for testing, Production for live).
7. Click Connect.

Get your Gateway ID

1. Select Services on the left navigation panel
2. Click on the Connected Services tab
3. Go to the Service Group dropdown list and select Gateway Services
4. Note the ID as this will be used for API calls
