History

You can view a log of activity from your Checkout widget(s).

The history page displays the following fields:

• ID - Intent token ID
• Amount - As entered in the intent API request
• Currency - As entered in the intent API request
• Reference - As entered in the intent API request (optional)
• Reason - Additional information about the outcome of a given intent session
• Status - Status of a given intent session
• Process Reference - The ID of the charge generated through the Payment Workflow process.
• Created at - The time when the intent API request was successfully completed
• Actions -> View logs - Shows additional information on the intent session that can be used to track the user journey
  • Color field:
    • Blue = informational action
    • Red = error
    • Orange = Warning
    • Green = Success
  • Time - When each instruction was performed within the checkout journey
  • Title - The description of the instruction performed, indicating what action was taken
  • Context - Where relevant, hover over the item to uncover additional information. The below means that the ‘card’ payment method was shown to the end user. If more methods were displayed, they will be show, such as as “card”, “paypal”, “afterpay” etc.
