Users

You can create users with granular access to ensure people only access what the need to.

Creating a Permission Policy

  1. Click the username menu in the top left corner of the navigation panel
  2. Click on the Company Users link
  3. Click the Permission Policies tab
  4. Enter your desired Permission Policy Name
  5. Click Permissions
  6. Choose the desired permissions and click Save
  7. Click Add New Policy

Creating a Role

  1. Click the username menu in the top left corner of the navigation panel
  2. Click on the Company Users link
  3. Click the Roles tab
  4. Enter your desired Role title
  5. Click Permissions
  6. Click on the desired permission in the Available column, then click the right arrow to select it
  7. Click Save
  8. Click Add New Role

Creating a User

  1. Click the username menu in the top left corner of the navigation panel
  2. Click on the Company Users link
  3. Complete the required fields:
    • Email - The email of the user you wish to invite. (This email must be unique)
    • Role - The desired level of access for this user based on the available Roles
  4. Click Invite New User
  5. The user will receive an email inviting them to your company. They will be required to set a password before they can access the Dashboard

You can whitelist IP's for users by clicking Allowlist IP's and entering an IP address or subnet.
