The Paydock dashboard is where you can view metrics, configure your payment services, manage customers, subscriptions and more. There are two levels of access, Brand / Master Merchant & Company / Merchant. You can have many Companies to a single Brand. This allows the ability to share customer data across many companies under a single brand.
